There are 8 codes (one more to be revealed still), on the site that you can enter in Pokémon Sword and Shield to get special Ash Cap Pikachu forms! Simply head over to Mystery Gift and enter the codes there.

Be sure to redeem the codes by November 30th, as they won't work after that.
