May 2021 Events + Community Weekend [Fairy-type]!

Spring is well underway!

This month's event is similar to past events where we collected Relics, but this time around we'll be collecting different flowers, to celebrate the final full month of Spring. All you need to do to participate is either adopt eggs or interact with Pokémon during the month and collect Flowers! There are three different colored Flowers, and you will be randomly assigned to one team when you find your first one. The team with the most at the end of the month will win an extra prize, and each user with more than 100 Flowers will receive a prize egg! In addition, every 100 Flowers you collect starting at 200 will award you yet another prize. You can see the current rankings by going to the Site Stats for Users page. Good luck!



Remember, Springtime Sandshrew is still available to adopt from the Adopt page since it is still Spring! They only come out one season a year, so make sure you adopt one before they disappear. Springtime Sandshrew will be leaving for the year after the middle of June.

Community Weekend is a weekend each month aimed towards gathering as a community here on Poliwager Forums, with various bonuses on Poliwager Adoptables. This month's Community Weekend will be from May 7-9! This month's Community Weekend Bonus-type is Fairy-type! More of the Bonus-type eggs will appear on Poliwager Adoptables during the weekend and Exp. bonuses will apply to any Bonus-types that you interact with or post here on Poliwager Forums. Add your Bonus-types to your party and signature here and adopt some new ones during Community Weekend!

Community Weekend Details:

• Community Weekend goes from Friday at 12:00 AM until Sunday at 11:59 PM.
• More details can be found on the Events page during the Community Weekend.
• A bonus Pokémon type is chosen for the weekend.
• Extra 50% Experience from Interactions for the bonus Pokémon type.
• Extra 50% Experience from Views for the bonus Pokémon type if shared on Poliwager Forums.
• Extra 50% Experience while Pokémon Camping for the bonus Pokémon type.
• More of the bonus Pokémon type to adopt.
• A higher chance of hatching a Shiny bonus Pokémon type.
• A multiplier on Poliwager Adoptables to help you hatch even more eggs and raise your Pokémon faster.
• A few random Bonus-type Pokémon are viewable on the Events page to help them level up. Refresh to see more.
• Bronze Community Weekend Interactions Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 10 Interactions during the weekend
• Silver Community Weekend Interactions Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 20 Interactions during the weekend
• Gold Community Weekend Interactons Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 30 Interactions during the weekend
• Bronze Community Weekend Views Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 15 Views during the weekend
• Silver Community Weekend Views Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 30 Views during the weekend
• Gold Community Weekend Views Medal - Bonus type Pokémon that get more than 50 Views during the weekend
• Pokémon and their eligible Medals can be found on the Pokémon Stats page during the Community Weekend.

Ah yeah new month new things. Time for collecting things! With the new secret technique I learned. This should be easy! Wait I'm on team snowball again? Guess it should be easy to win.

Fairy types... I can't remember any off of the top of my house. I'll just haffa use every fairy type then for the weekend!

Well we are about 1/3 through the month! Wahoo!! Also Slix forgot to post it was community weekend here. Oh well.

I just want to check up on how everyone is doing so far. Either on the event or just anything really.

With me, So far there is 50 tickets in the lottery. So that's interesting Oh and my hack is doing pretty good too. I wonder if I have permission to post the patch here. (In the rom hacking thread when it is done of course.) Side note. How many flowers should I go for in this month? I already have 100. I can't carry blue team alone though!

For those with more than 100 Flowers collected, you have received a Giratina [Altered] egg, and for those on the winning team, Blue Flowers, you have received a Giratina [Origin] egg! Aaaaaahhhh! Was there an easier way of getting flowers because I got only 6 and NO prize egg! I also never saw the event on the event page when I clicked on flowers the event page was empty. Almost as if I wasn't even participating in the challenge. And I started on the first day of may!
