Today, January 1, there is an Event Ticket for Kimono Victini and a 3x multiplier to celebrate the start of the new year! Be sure to redeem your Event Ticket on the Events page before midnight to be able to adopt your Kimono Victini any time afterwards.
We are going to extend December's Snowball Collecting and Throwing event to allow more people time to gather Snowballs! Read on in case you missed the announcement last month.
December/January's event will be a Snowball Collecting and Throwing event! You can find either Glistening or Sparkling Snowballs by interacting with Pokémon and eggs. You will be randomly placed into one team, and you can collect your Snowballs, or, by going to the Events page, throw your Snowballs at the opposite team! By collecting at least 100 Snowballs, you'll receive a prize egg at the end of the month. In addition, the team with the most Snowballs collected will receive another prize egg, and the team with the most Snowballs thrown will receive yet another prize egg. For January's event, we will be doing a Pokédex Completion Event! To participate, all you need to do is adopt and evolve as many Pokémon from the Johto Region (Gen 2) this month as you can! You can check your progress by heading over to the Pokédex on Poliwager Adoptables throughout the month! Prize eggs will be given out if you are able to obtain at least 15, 50, or 75 species during the month!
Additionally, if you manage to hatch a Shiny Pokémon from Generation 2 during the month, you'll receive a bonus prize egg at the end of the month!
Community Weekend is a weekend each month aimed towards gathering as a community here on Poliwager Forums, with various bonuses on Poliwager Adoptables. This month's Community Weekend will be from January 13-15! This month's Community Weekend Bonus-type is Ground-type! More of the Bonus-type eggs will appear on Poliwager Adoptables during the weekend and Exp. bonuses will apply to any Bonus-types that you interact with or post here on Poliwager Forums. Add your Bonus-types to your party and signature here and adopt some new ones during Community Weekend!
