Can't Find Egg I Won From Game Corner

Hey I'm vaguely new to Poliwager Adoptables and I recently won an Alolan Sandshrew at the game corner (for betting 100 game coins)

I went to my adopt page and reloaded to find the right description and picked one that I thought was right but it wasn't the right egg. I didn't end up hatching enough eggs to try and find the alolan sandshrew egg until the day after and I cannot find one that plausibly matches the pokémon. Is there a time restraint on getting the egg you won? I've reloaded the adopt page eggs a bunch and have had no luck, (I saw an egg with a description that seemed right day one but I didn't have room because I had 6 eggs already).

If anyone is willing to help me figure out where my missing sandshrew went that would be greatly appreciated :3

Hi there!
There is no time limit on that egg - it is yours and only yours - so don't worry about hurrying to find it.

If you only have one "Event egg" to claim (as seen on the Events page of the Adoptables), it actually will show up by itself. Meaning, only 1 egg will show on the Adopt page as you're shuffling through the eggs instead of the usual 2- that should be your Sandshrew!

I've tried resetting the eggs a load of times and still no luck, weirdly my pokédex says I have the Alolan sandshrew already (or at least the data for it). It does clearly say I got a sandshrew from the game corner on the events page but I fear it has gone to the shadow realm. When I empty space I'll keep resetting and hope it shows up. It also says in the pokédex that I adopted one and when I click that it searches for it in my pokémon collection and comes up blank.

The event page says I have nothing to claim which makes me think the website glitched...

According to your Pokédex data, you have not adopted/hatched an Alolan Sandshrew yet.

Maybe you already adopted it and are waiting for it to hatch...
