Does anyone do this? Ordering groceries or other things from a store with Shipt, Instacart, or something else?

I haven't personally, but my mom has a few times, and each time they seem to either take forever to get the order to the house, or they mess up something in the order. One time she ordered 5 bananas and got 5 bundles of bananas, so like 20!
