Register problem in Poliwager Adoptables

Hello ! I'd like to join Poliwager adoptables, and for sure, I'm trying to creat an account. The problem is that when i'm doing the captcha, it says that I put the wrong number (it's always "the number after fifteen and the second letter of the mascot")... Can someone help ? Beside my dumb head didn't understood since i'm Franch and not english
