Can you IV breed your pokemon or are they always random no matter what?
And could you maybe implement some item that allows you to make the parent pokemon pass on their ivs to their children?

IVs are random no matter how the eggs are created. I've had some ideas regarding passing down IVs, so I'll keep the suggestion in mind! Thanks for asking!
