I went to breed some pokemon as part of the daily challenge and when I clicked on the drop-down box to select a female it only showed a small portion of the pokemon I have for that gender; the same issue happened with the male selection too.
I will have to wait another two hours to see if the problem repeats itself

The Daycare now only shows Pokémon in that list from your Active Pokémon. This was changed recently due to some users having thousands of Pokémon in their PC boxes, causing the page to load very slowly. Please move the Pokémon you want to breed to your Active Pokémon to see them in the drop-down for the Daycare Center.
